Melalui akun resmi linkedin TJAJO & Partners yang di posting pada tanggal 14 Feberuari 2023, maka saat ini TJAJO & Partners buka lowongan untuk 4 posisi, yakni Intern, Junior Associate, Mid-Associate dan Senior Associate. Adapun masing-masing persyaratan posisi tersebut adalah sebagai berikut:
Persyaratan Posisi Magang
- Hold minimum a Law Degree with good academic record from reputable university (working experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skill.
- Capable of working as a team player.
- Inquiring mind and committed to self-development and continuously learning.

Persyaratan Posisi Junior Associate
Adapun persyaratan untuk posisi junior associate adalah sebagai berikut:
- Hold minimum a Law Degree with good academic record from reputable university, . Master degree is a plus.
- 3-4 years’ experience in reputable law firm mostly handling capital market, M&A and general corporate, banking and finance, project and procurement, restructuring and insolvency, and other relevant experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication relevant experiences.
- Capable of working as a team player.
- Inquiring mind and committed to selft-development and continuously learning.
- Capable of understanding and responding to clients’ business needs.
- Able to forge solid professional relationship with clients and colleagues alike.
- Highly developed analytical skills, and the ability to proffer well-grounded and practical solution.
- Preferably holding an advocate license.
Persyaratan Posisi Mid-Associate
Adapun persyaratan untuk posisi mid-associate adalah sebagai berikut:
- Hold minimum a Law Degree with good academic record from reputable university, . Master degree is a plus.
- 4-5 years’ experience in reputable law firm mostly handling capital market, M&A and general corporate, banking and finance, project and procurement, restructuring and insolvency, and other relevant experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication relevant experiences.
- Capable of working as a team player.
- Inquiring mind and committed to selft-development and continuously learning.
- Capable of understanding and responding to clients’ business needs.

Peryaratan Posisi Senior Associate
Adapun persyaratan untuk posisi senior associate adalah sebagai berikut:

- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in reputable law firm mostly handling capital market, M&A and general corporate, banking and finance, project and procurement, restructuring and insolvency, and other relevant experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication relevant experiences.
- Capable of working as a team player.
- Inquiring mind and committed to selft-development and continuously learning.
- Capable of understanding and responding to clients’ business needs.
- Able to forge solid professional relationship with clients and colleagues alike.
- Highly developed analytical skills, and the ability to proffer well-grounded and practical solution.
