- Providing legal advice and guidance to various departments within the organization
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of legal contracts and agreements
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
- Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Assisting with the development and implementation of legal strategies and processes
Kualifikasi
- Solid understanding of the legal system and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Relevant educational background or certification in law or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar legal role
- Max.30 years old
