Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Proactively acquire new clients through networking, business development efforts, and leveraging existing client relationships.
- Handle and manage complex litigation cases, ensuring all legal documents, evidence, and correspondences are accurately prepared and filed.
- Represent clients in court for hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings, presenting strong arguments and legal defenses on behalf of clients.
- Provide legal advice and strategic direction for clients involved in litigation, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts to ensure seamless legal proceedings.
- Supervise and mentor junior associates, paralegals, and support staff, providing guidance and sharing expertise.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree in law from reputable University
- Minimum GPA 3.30 of 4.00;
- Minimum 5 years experience in litigation;
- An Advocate License; Berita Acara Sumpah (BAS)
- High interest in Criminal Litigation & Commercial Litigations;
- Capability to represent clients in court for hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings, presenting strong arguments and legal defenses on behalf of clients.
- Fluency in English is a must.
