Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Deliver quality legal services for the firm’s clients
- Leading legal projects and/or cases assigned by the firm
- Train and develop associates to help them excel in their roles
- Participate in the firm’s activities beyond legal services and champion initiatives for the firm’s development
- Maintain and develop professional networks
- Contribute to the firm’s efforts in creating a healthy work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in law from reputable university, a master’s degree will be an advantage.
- 5 – 9 years of experience in the legal industry, either in law firm or as in-house counsel in a company. Admission to the Indonesian bar (advocate license) will be advantage.
- Good knowledge on the Indonesian laws and regulations and able to conduct legal research.
- Good communication and relationship skills.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written,
- Strong but pleasant personality with commercial awareness
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership to tasks assigned.
- Able to work individually or in a team.
- Able to manage a team and transfer skills as well as provide support and guidance to more junior members of the team.
- Strong ethical values and able to navigate the practical realities when delivering legal services.
