Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze each legal case & develop written analytical report referred to the legal opinion
- Handle legal issues in legal proceedings, including court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and oversee external litigation matters
- Draft agreements required to resolve legal problems
- Establish good relationships with external parties relating to the handling of case at hand
- Provide case assistance at various levels of court (district court, high court, supreme court), public prosecutor’s office and the police so all cases are handled according to lawful procedures
- Experienced in IP litigation.
Kualifikasi
- Age between 25-35 years old
- Bachelors in Law from a reputable Indonesian university, minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience
- Holder of Active Licence to Practice Law (Kartu Tanda Pengenal Advokat KTPA PERADI) is a must
- Has Excellent understanding about UU Informasi & Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE), UU Hak Cipta
- Has : Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Negotiation, Organisational & Analytical Skills;
- High Commitment to Work; Self Motivated, Self Starter, Strong & Tough, Detail Oriented
- Able to travel, work well and stay calm in high pressure working environment
- Has Excellent English skills : Fluent in both formal oral & written communication is a must
- Has good personality, able to work as a team or as an individual
- Deep understanding of IP law (copyright law);
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken;
- Demonstrates interest in the technology industry;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- High Commitment to Work; Self Motivated, Self Starter, Strong & Tough, Detail Oriented;
- Able to travel, work well and stay calm in working environment.
