Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Carry out all research activities (from planning to reporting) to produce products that can support business and have other positive impacts on the company. 
2. Plan and perform experiments and surveys.
3. Collect, record and analyze data.
4. Interpret data analysis results and draw inferences and conclusions.

Kualifikasi

1. Banchelor Degree in Social Sciences/Law.
2. Experience in research field (qualitative & quantitative) min. 1 year.
3. Have experience compiling reports with good academic writing
4. Have good knowledge of research methodology
5. Have good analytical thinking skills
6. Having experience/knowledge of the legal industry is a plus
7. Able to operate a computer, especially Ms. Office
8. Able to operationalize data analysis applications (SPSS, NVivo, Atlas.ti, Tableau etc.) is an added value
9. Have presentation and public speaking skills
10. Good at negotiationg and english skill
