Mid-Level Associate Lawyer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Regularly report the responsible Partner on the task at hand and its progress from time to time;
2. Assist and help Senior Partner and Partner for research the legal issues, jurisprudence, legal doctrine;
3. Draft, review and revise any legal documents requested by the client, e.g. agreement, letter, minutes, legal memorandum, legal opinion, legal due diligence report
4. Assist and help Senior Partner and Partner for attending to court and/or any government institution;
5. Manage or be involved at a project such as project acquisition of shares or assets or litigation proceeding;
6. Regularly communicate with client of the Company from time to time subject to review by the Partner of Senior Partner, as is necessary;
7. Make article of law in dual language (Indonesia and English) assigned by Article Manager;
8. Answer questions provided by International and Local Probono Manager;
9. Find and make executive summaries, summaries of new regulation;
10. Involve in social and professional development activities of the Company;
11. Understand and implement the quality code and client service standard, as well as the SOPs of every type of work performed, including but not limited to drafting/reviewing letter, agreement, email;
12. Follow and adhere to policies, regulations, and SOPs of the firm, particularly on replacement procedure.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor of Law or above from reputable university;
2. Minimum 3-years working experience in law firms;
3. Has many experiences in commercial dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration);
4. Having Advocate License issued by Peradi;
5. Fluency in English, both oral & written is a must (evidence of TOEFL score is preferable);
6. Hard worker, self-discipline and able to work individual and/or in a team;
7. Ready to work on deadlines and under pressure;
8. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, and words).
