Kualifikasi

1. At least four years of experience as a corporate Equity Capital Market lawyer.
2. Exposure in international offering, securities advice, offshore offering, derivative transactions
   will be an advantage.
3. Good knowledge of public M&A.
4. Indonesian legal qualification.
5. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
6. An excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a commercial mindset.
7. An ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously.
8. Exceptional communication and time-management skills
