This is a full-time Associate under Corporate Team. Here, you’ll not only work with a diverse group of clients and businesses but also immerse yourself in high-impact cases that shape the legal landscape of Indonesia. As a Corporate Associate on our team, you will:
- Provide strategic counsel on complex corporate transactions and regulatory compliance.
- Structure and draft essential corporate documents, shareholder agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Conduct thorough due diligence to support our clients’ goals and objective.
- -Deliver high-quality legal guidance that aligns with client objectives and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Holds a Bachelor of Laws from a prominent Indonesian Law Faculty;
- Has a minimum of 3 (three) years’ experience in Corporate Law Firm.
- Ability to outcome challenges and work under tight deadlines or high demand.
- Willing to learn, hardworking and reliable.
- High analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently or in a team.
- Proficient in speaking Mandarin (able to write in Chinese would be an advantage)
