Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, from a reputable university in Indonesia or overseas
- Have a PERADI License
- Have an IP Consultant license would be advantageous (not necessary)
- Min 4 years of experience in a Corporate (dealing mostly with IP issues) or in an IP Law Firm
- Extensive exposure in IP protection works (from providing relevant advisory works to attending relevant registration works, in particular for trademark and patents), for both local and foreign clients
- Extensive exposure in IP litigation works (having exposure in enforcement works will be advantageous).
- Exposure in handling IP commercial agreements (e.g. trademark license agreement)
- Good communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing ability
- Dynamic, has good logical and analytical thinking, and a good attitude
- Strong in leadership
- Able to work individually and as a team.
