1. Conduct legal research and provide analysis on applicable laws, regulations, and legal developments.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, agreements, legal memoranda, and other legal instruments.
3. Assist in handling corporate transactions, legal due diligence, capital market, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters.
4. Support clients in regulatory compliance and licensing matters.
5. Assist in advising and supporting clients on various legal and corporate matters.
6. Assist in restructuring, and debt settlement matters.
7. Coordinate and communicate with clients, regulators, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
8. Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to clients and industries.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor of Law from a reputable university
2. Minimum GPA 3.00
3. Minimum 2 years of working experience in a law firm
4. Advocate license is preferred
5. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
6. Strong analytical, legal research, and drafting skills
7. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to professional experience.
