1. Support multiple business units and cross-functional teams on legal agreements, commercial transactions, and regulatory matters.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements.
3. Provide legal advice and conduct risk assessments for business transactions.
4. Handle compliance and regulatory matters, including BPOM requirements and business licensing.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely legal support and regulatory compliance.
6. Strengthen contract management processes and mitigate legal risks across business operations.
7. Deliver practical, business-oriented legal support to support the Company’s objectives.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law
2. Have a minimum 2-3 years experience
3. PERADI license is a plus.
4. Prior experience in a reputable law firm is preferred.
5. Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, BPOM regulations, and business licensing and regulatory matters.
6. Proven experience in legal drafting, contract review, and legal advisory.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
