Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Draft, review, and negotiate an array of operational legal documents and agreements, ie. vendor agreements, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and the likes. 
2. Assist the Head of Legal in the company’s fundraisings / transactions. 
3. Assist in the execution of legal research, provision of legal advice, analysis of legal and product-related matters, and assessment of their implications. 
4. Facilitate the process of obtaining product and business licenses / approvals. 
5. Along with the compliance associate, ensuring regular reports are submitted to the relevant authorities. 
6. Contribute to the management of legal risk and compliance. 
7. Extend legal support for administrative requirements. 
8. Taking care of the general corporate matters of some of the group’s legal entities. 

Kualifikasi

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university. 
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, either as an in-house legal professional or an associate at a law firm. 
3. Strong understanding or interest in financial services and personal data protection matters is a plus. 
4. Demonstrated expertise in navigating business licensing / approval submissions processes. 
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build connections with others. 
6. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 
7. Strong time management skills.
