Lim and Co is a leading international corporate and litigation law firm based in Jakarta, providing premium legal services to domestic and international clients. We are expanding our team and looking for a seasoned Senior Lawyer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead lawyer, guiding junior associates in complex legal service tasks.
• Provide high-level legal advice on corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and commercial contracts.
• Control business risks and improve the firm’s risk management systems.
• Maintain strong client relationships and meet, and exceed, client expectations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a top Indonesian or renowned overseas university.
• Active PERADI license (Advocate).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a reputable law firm, specializing in Corporate/Commercial law.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent drafting skills in both languages.
• Max age 32 years.
