1. Advise clients on a multitude of legal transaction and corporate litigation.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
3. Lead team members on complex legal matters and provide practical, insightful solutions.
4. Manage client relationships and contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives.

Kualifikasi

1. A minimum of five years of experience handling corporate and litigation matters.
2. A Bachelor of Laws degree (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable Indonesian university.
3. A valid PERADI advocate licence, which is strongly preferred.
4. Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.
5. A strong academic background with well-developed legal and analytical skills.
6. A commercial mindset and the ability to apply legal knowledge in a business context.
7. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
8. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
