1. Handle corporate legal matters, including M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and general corporate advisory
2. Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, agreements, and transaction documents
3. Conduct legal research and provide well-grounded legal opinions
4. Assist clients in corporate transactions and regulatory compliance matters
5. Manage matters independently and lead a team when required

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable university
2. Licensed Advocate
3. More than 5 years of experience in corporate law and M&A matters
4. Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate, commercial, and regulatory law
5. Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
