1. Advise clients on corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and business restructuring.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
3. Provide strategic legal advice to support clients in achieving their business objectives.
4. Work collaboratively with team members on complex legal issues, providing insightful and pragmatic solutions.
5. Conduct legal research and analysis to support transaction execution and client advisory work.
6. Manage client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Kualifikasi

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate transactions and M&A work.
2. A law degree (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable Indonesian university.
3. A PERADI license is strongly preferred.
4. Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, spoken and written.
5. A strong academic background with well-developed legal and analytical skills.
6. A commercial mindset and the ability to apply legal knowledge in a business context.
7. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
8. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
