1. Handle legal issues in legal proceedings, including court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations;
2. Collaborate with external legal counsel and oversee external litigation matters
3. Negotiating in the settlement of cases
4. Handle civil lawsuits and conduct registration, reporting, and escorting criminal registration lawsuits.
5. Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Negotiation, Organisational & Analytical Skills
6. Experienced in IP litigation
7. Deep understanding of IP law (copyright law)
8. Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
9. Demonstrates interest in the technology industry
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. High Commitment to Work; Self Motivated, Self Starter, Strong & Tough, Detail Oriented

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelors in Law from a reputable Indonesian university, minimum GPA of 3.60 out of 4.00
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience
3. Holder of Active Licence to Practice Law (Kartu Tanda Pengenal Advokat KTPA PERADI) is a must
4. Has Excellent understanding about UU Informasi & Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE), UU Hak Cipta
5. Has : Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Negotiation, Organisational & Analytical Skills;
6. High Commitment to Work; Self Motivated, Self Starter, Strong & Tough, Detail Oriented
7. Able to travel, work well and stay calm in high pressure working environment
8. Has Excellent English skills : Fluent in both formal oral & written communication is a must
9. Has good personality, able to work as a team or as an individual
10. Deep understanding of IP law (copyright law);
11. Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken;
