Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Handle and manage consumer complaints, and external litigation cases involving the Bank.
  2. Provide legal advisory related to dispute prevention and resolution strategies.
  3. Coordinate with external counsels, legal enforcement authorities, and internal stakeholders on legal proceedings and consumer protection issues.
  4. Review, draft, and provide legal input on agreements, internal policies, and corporate documents, as necessary.
  5. Monitor relevant regulations and assess their impact on the Bank’s activities.
  6. Prepare legal reports and documentation related to litigation, dispute settlements, and complaint resolutions.
  7. Ensure the Bank’s compliance with OJK, BI, and other applicable regulations related to consumer protection and legal risk.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.), with a valid advocate license (preferred).
  2. Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in banking or financial services sectors.
  3. Strong knowledge of dispute resolution mechanisms and consumer protection regulations.
  4. Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
  5. Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  6. High integrity and attention to detail.
