- Handle and manage consumer complaints, and external litigation cases involving the Bank.
- Provide legal advisory related to dispute prevention and resolution strategies.
- Coordinate with external counsels, legal enforcement authorities, and internal stakeholders on legal proceedings and consumer protection issues.
- Review, draft, and provide legal input on agreements, internal policies, and corporate documents, as necessary.
- Monitor relevant regulations and assess their impact on the Bank’s activities.
- Prepare legal reports and documentation related to litigation, dispute settlements, and complaint resolutions.
- Ensure the Bank’s compliance with OJK, BI, and other applicable regulations related to consumer protection and legal risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.), with a valid advocate license (preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in banking or financial services sectors.
- Strong knowledge of dispute resolution mechanisms and consumer protection regulations.
- Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
