Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Managing calendars (including meetings and deliverables), schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements for lawyers;
  2. Assisting lawyers in formatting and finalizing work documents in accordance with AGPR’s document standards;
  3. Support lawyers in preparing legal proposals and other related documents;
  4. Maintaining and organizing legal documents, and client records (both digital and physical);
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail;
  6. Regularly update the CVs of lawyers;
  7. Supporting to compile and complete lawyer’s timesheets accurately and assist in preparing timesheet data for billing purposes;
  8. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including ensuring the agendas and meeting materials;
  9. Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.

Kualifikasi

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies (graduates from Tarakanita Secretarial Academy are preferred);
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools is required;
  3. At least 2-years experiences as a legal secretary in a law firm or 4-years experiences as a secretary in a company;
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
  6. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
