1. Draft, review, and analyze partnership agreements and other legal documents
2. Provide legal opinions related to the company’s operations
3. Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and applicable laws
4. Handle corporate legal matters, licenses, and company documentation
5. Coordinate with regulators and external parties on legal issues

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent)
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Officer in the P2P lending or banking industry
3. Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and OJK regulations
4. Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work collaboratively
5. Strong legal analysis and document drafting skills
6. Good communication with English
7. Can start immediately
