  1. People & Organization
    • Manage and support end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and internal policy implementation
    • Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines suitable for a growing technology company
    • Advise management on workforce planning, disciplinary matters, and employment-related risks
    • Support a healthy, compliant, and performance-driven organizational culture
  2. Corporate & Commercial Legal
    • Draft, review, and manage legal documents including employment agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts
    • Ensure compliance with the applicable law, corporate regulations, and internal governance requirements
    • Coordinate with external counsel when specialized advice or service is required
    • Support contract lifecycle management and legal documentation organization
    • Support and manage (i) commercial legal requirements, including advisory, correspondence, bidding management, negotiations, and other required tasks; (ii) corporate legal requirements, including statutory reporting, certifications, IP filing and maintenance; (iii) corporate action and transactions.
  3. Compliance, Governance & Risk
    • Support corporate governance processes, including resolutions, approvals, and statutory documentation
    • Identify legal, people, and compliance risks arising from business operations and propose practical mitigation strategies
    • Monitor regulatory developments relevant to AI, technology, employment, and corporate operations
    • Maintain organized, auditable records for people, legal, and compliance functions

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor of Law (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable university
  2. 3–5 years of experience in legal roles, with an exposure to human resources roles are an advantage
  3. Proficient understanding of employment law, corporate law, and data privacy regulations
  4. Experience working in or supporting technology-driven or fast-growing organizations is a plus
  5. Agile, proactive, and creative in solving problems
  6. Strong communication skills, discretion, and sound judgment
  7. Willing to learn, build systems, and contribute over the long term
  8. A combination of law firm experience and in-house corporate legal or HR roles is a strong advantage
