Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Conduct Legal Due Diligence (LDD), provide legal advisory and analysis, draft agreements, and review legal documents
2. Manage a broad range of general corporate legal matters, including filling and administration of legal documents, as required

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, and/or Capital Markets
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (verbal and written), demonstrated by a minimum TOEFL score of 550
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
6. Possession of an advocate license is a plus
