Responsibilities:

• Responsible to ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise the client, partner on legal rights and duties;
• Responsible for gathering information for legal cases and assisting team in forming arguments;
• Report the progress of the case handled to the partners;
• Help to complete court and administrative paperwork;
• Facilitating communication between clients and other parties to find a common ground.

Requirements:

• 3-5 year working experiences in reputable lawfirm or in multinational company;
• Expertise in general corporate matters, commercial transaction, and has deep understanding of corporate law;
• Advanced fluency in English verbal and written;
• Bachelor in law, from reputable university with excellent academic record;
• Hold advocate license;
• Able to work in a team and individual with minimal supervision;
• Self initiative and good communication;
• High analytical & conceptual thinking, creative & innovative.
