1. Responsible to ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise the client, partner on legal rights and duties;
2. Responsible for gathering information for legal cases and assisting team in forming arguments;
3. Report the progress of the case handled to the partners;
4. Help to complete court and administrative paperwork;
5. Facilitating communication between clients and other parties to find a common ground.

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum 4 years of working experience in a reputable law firm or multinational company;
2. Expertise in general corporate matters, commercial transaction, and has deep understanding of corporate law;
3. Advanced fluency in English verbal and written;
4. Bachelor in law, from reputable university with excellent academic record;
5. Hold advocate license;
6. Able to work in a team and individual with minimal supervision;
7. Self initiative and good communication;
8. High analytical & conceptual thinking, creative & innovative.
