1. Advise clients on estate planning, wills, inheritance, succession, estate administration, family governance, and family business succession matters.
2. Handle cross-border private client matters involving multiple jurisdictions and coordinate with overseas counsel.
3. Prepare legal advise, legal opinions, wills, powers of attorney, family arrangements, succession documents, and other legal deliverables.
4. Manage client relationships and participate in meetings with clients, family members, advisors, notaries, tax consultants, trustees, and other stakeholders.
5. Lead and manage matters independently while working closely with Partners.
6. Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior associates and trainees.
7. Assist in business development initiatives, proposals, credentials, client presentations, seminars, and thought leadership projects.
8. Contribute to the development of practice precedents, templates, and knowledge management resources.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university.
2. 4–7 years PQE at a reputable law firm, private client practice, tax advisory firm, family office, or related professional services organization.
3. Strong interest in succession planning, inheritance, estate administration, family business succession, private wealth, and high-net-worth advisory work.
4. Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written English.
6. Strong project management and organisational skills.
7. Able to manage matters independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
8. Commercially minded and capable of understanding client objectives beyond legal issues.
9. Comfortable working directly with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and family business principals.
10. A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
11. Demonstrated leadership potential and experience supervising junior lawyers will be highly regarded.
