1. Handle and monitor litigation cases involving the Bank
2. Coordinate with external legal counsels, law enforcement agencies, courts, and relevant authorities regarding legal proceedings.
3. Prepare, review, and maintain litigation documents, legal correspondence, and case reports.
4. Provide legal support and advice to internal stakeholders on litigation and dispute-related matters.
5. Identify and mitigate legal risks arising from disputes, claims, and legal proceedings.

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
2. Having min 5 years of experience in litigation
3. Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, including banking, civil, criminal, and procedural laws.
4. Experience handling court proceedings, legal documentation, and coordination with external legal counsel.
5. Familiarity with debt recovery, collateral enforcement, and non-performing loan (NPL) resolution is an advantage.
6. Proficient in English.
