- Manage and coordinate the company’s litigation strategy and activities, ensuring effective and efficient case management
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on litigation matters
- Represent the company in court and negotiate settlements with opposing parties
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of external legal counsel, ensuring they deliver high-quality services
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the litigation function
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on the status and progress of litigation cases
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and advise the business accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Significant experience (8+ years) in litigation and dispute resolution
- Thorough understanding of the legal system and strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules
- Excellent negotiation, advocacy and communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent the company in legal proceedings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex legal issues
- Experience in managing and leading a team of legal professionals
- A bachelor’s degree in law or a related field, and a valid licence to practice law in Indonesia
