Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Manage and coordinate the company’s litigation strategy and activities, ensuring effective and efficient case management
  2. Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on litigation matters
  3. Represent the company in court and negotiate settlements with opposing parties
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of external legal counsel, ensuring they deliver high-quality services
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the litigation function
  6. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on the status and progress of litigation cases
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and advise the business accordingly

Kualifikasi

  1. Significant experience (8+ years) in litigation and dispute resolution
  2. Thorough understanding of the legal system and strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules
  3. Excellent negotiation, advocacy and communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent the company in legal proceedings
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex legal issues
  5. Experience in managing and leading a team of legal professionals
  6. A bachelor’s degree in law or a related field, and a valid licence to practice law in Indonesia
