1. Representing clients in court proceedings, including preparing and presenting arguments, examining witnesses, and negotiating settlements
2. Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis to build robust cases
3. Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive litigation strategies
5. Providing expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters
6. Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

Kualifikasi

1. A law degree
2. Having Advocate License/BAS & KTA (Main Requirement)
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution, preferably in a leading law firm or in-house legal department
4. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in court and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
5. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
6. Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
8. Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and professional integrity
9. A personable manner, ability to work well in a team
