Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Assisting Senior Lawyers and/or Partner in conducting legal research, legal drafting, reviewing legal documents, contracts, and/or agreements.
2. Provide legal advice and support on identifying dispute chronologies or timeframes related to corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
3. Represent or assist Senior Lawyers and/or Partners to represent clients in civil and commercial litigation, including court appearances, hearings, and dispute resolution processes.
4. Liaise with clients, regulators, and external parties in a professional and timely manner.
5. Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and act in the best interests of clients in accordance with Indonesian Advocate Code of Ethics (KEAI).

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum Bachelor‘s Degree in Law from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. Hold a valid Advocate License (KTPA PERADI), as a mandatory requirement for practicing litigation in Indonesia.
3. Experience working in a law firm or a company with a legal department for at least 3 (three) years
4. Demonstrate strong knowledge of Indonesian procedural law, including civil and criminal procedures, to ensure all legal actions and arguments comply with applicable regulations.
   • Proven competency in the litigation field, including:
   • Ability to prepare litigation documents (lawsuit, answer, rejoinder, conclusion, and legal opinion).
   • Strategic planning and case analysis skills, including evidence management and the development of a strong defense/claim strategy.
   • Strong legal argumentation and negotiation skills, both in written submissions and oral advocacy before the court.
5. Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both oral and written.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
9. Ability to perform under challenging deadlines.
