Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Assisting Senior Lawyers and/or Partner in conducting legal due diligence, legal research, legal drafting, and reviewing legal documents, contract, and/or agreements
2. Provide legal advice and support on corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
3. Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation, including court appearances, hearings, and dispute resolution processes.
4. Liaise with clients, regulators, and external parties in a professional and timely manner

Kualifikasi

1.  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00
2. Have an Advocate License/BAS & KTA (Main Requirement for Litigation)
3. Experience working in a law firm or a company with a legal department at least 3 (three) years
4. Knowledge in Procedural Law and known to handle criminal and civil cases
5. Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both oral and written
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skill
7. Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
9. Ability to perform under challenging deadlines
