Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Lead and manage the bank’s litigation and dispute resolution strategy, including handling complex cases and developing approaches for favorable outcomes.
2. Ensuring all cases are handled properly by the Litigation Team.
3. Develop long-term plans to address and mitigate potential legal risks in the banking sector.
4. Preparing strategy and/or legal action for reporting criminal cases to the police or court.

Kualifikasi

1. Have 9 years of experience in litigation (preferably from the banking industry)
2. Min. bachelor degree in Law from a reputable university.
3. Extensive knowledge of Indonesia banking laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
4. Strong track record in litigation strategy, with a history of successfully managing high-stakes legal disputes.
5. Proficient in English.
6. Have PERADI License
