Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable university
• Licensed Advocate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian civil, commercial, and procedural law
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation and dispute resolution matters, including civil, commercial, administrative, and arbitration cases
• Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, pleadings, and case strategies
• Conduct legal research and provide well-grounded legal opinions
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Manage cases independently and lead a team when required
