1. Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws and regulations
2. Monitor updates in laws (labor, licensing, business regulations)
3. Review, draft, and manage contracts (vendors, partners, employees)
4. Ensure all agreements are legally sound and protect company interests
5. Maintain contract documentation and database
6. Ensure all business licenses and permits are valid and updated
7. Coordinate renewals and compliance with authorities

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Legal, preferably in hospitality or corporate environment
3. Experience in contract drafting and legal compliance
4. Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
5. Good communication and negotiation skills
6. High integrity and confidentiality, ability to handle pressure and sensitive issues
7. Familiar with legal documentation systems
8. Experience dealing with government authorities is a plus
9. Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor
