1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an in house legal counsel or in a law firm.
2. Experience in retail and/or distribution industry and/or tech company is preferred.
3. Experience in compliance
4. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Kualifikasi

1. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts.
2. Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including permits and licenses, in daily operations.
3. Conduct legal research to support business activities as required.
4. Maintain and manage legal documentation and agreements.
5. Handle other general corporate legal matters as needed.
