1. Provide basic legal advice and manage legal documentation, including drafting agreements.
2. Support and manage company legal documents.
3. Handle the licensing and permit process, including documentation.
4. Monitor the company’s license & permit database, ensuring validity, and report to the Legal Manager.

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of general corporate law and corporate licensing and permits.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
