Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, and client engagements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  2. Monitor contract performance and obligations to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to terms, including maintaining an organized repository of all legal documents and contracts.
  3. Provide legal advice to management and departments on matters such as intellectual property, labor law, corporate governance, and client disputes.
  4. Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations, projects, and client engagements in IT consulting.
  5. Support the resolution of legal disputes, including negotiations, mediation, or coordination with external legal counsel when necessary.
  6. Work closely with related department to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business processes, such as client onboarding, employee contracts, and financial transactions.

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university; a Master’s degree (LLM) or additional legal certifications is a plus.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in the services, consulting, IT, or banking/financial sectors, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal frameworks, including corporate law, contract law, labor law, data protection regulations, and financial sector regulations (e.g., OJK, BI).
  4. Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly in B2B services or IT-related agreements. 
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English to handle bilingual contracts and international stakeholders. 
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in legal documentation. 
  7. Proven leadership and team supervision experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  8. High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles.
