- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, and client engagements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Monitor contract performance and obligations to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to terms, including maintaining an organized repository of all legal documents and contracts.
- Provide legal advice to management and departments on matters such as intellectual property, labor law, corporate governance, and client disputes.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations, projects, and client engagements in IT consulting.
- Support the resolution of legal disputes, including negotiations, mediation, or coordination with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Work closely with related department to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business processes, such as client onboarding, employee contracts, and financial transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university; a Master’s degree (LLM) or additional legal certifications is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in the services, consulting, IT, or banking/financial sectors, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal frameworks, including corporate law, contract law, labor law, data protection regulations, and financial sector regulations (e.g., OJK, BI).
- Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly in B2B services or IT-related agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English to handle bilingual contracts and international stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in legal documentation.
- Proven leadership and team supervision experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles.
