Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Prepare, review, check and/or process any legal matters in relation to financing, capital market, and M&A transaction to ensure any document reviewed or drafted is in accordance with the prevailing laws & regulations & in line with the Company’s and it’s subsidiaries objective.
2. Review and process any contract and required document in relation with any financing provided by a bank, public or other financial institution in order to support the Company’s and it’s subsidiearies projects and objectives.
3. Gather and process the legal matters or documents of the Company’s capital market project in order to support the Company’s and it’s subsidiearies projects and objectives.

Kualifikasi

1. alifications :
2. Bachelor Degree in Law.
3. Have 3-5 years working experience in Banking Industry & or M&A transaction.
4. Able to draft & review contract or legal document.
5. Able to provide legal opinion/advice in accordance with the prevailing regulations.
6. Demonstrative knowledge & experience with, law dealing with government and/or commercial contract, particularly contract negotiation, preparation and administration.
7. Proficient in Ms. Office.
8. Fluent in English both spoken & written.
