Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably specializing in business/corporate law or taxation).
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a legal or consulting firm (fresh graduates with strong academic background are welcome to apply).
3. Familiar with Indonesian corporate law, contract law, and basic knowledge of taxation and labor law.
4. Strong legal drafting, review, and research skills.
5. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken).
6. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
7. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Kualifikasi

1. Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and company policies.
2. Assisting in providing legal opinions and advisory to clients and internal management.
3. Supporting compliance with applicable regulations and corporate governance.
4. Conducting legal research related to corporate, tax, and labor regulations.
5. Coordinating with external parties such as notaries, government institutions, and other stakeholders.
6. Assisting the consultant team in handling clients’ legal matters.
7. Keeping updated with the latest laws and regulations relevant to company and client operations.
