1. To prepare day to day legal documents (credit and derivative facilities) and other banking products
2. To provide legal advisory including banking, general corporate (merger and acquisition), and litigation
3. To ensure completeness of legal documentation prior entering into any banking transaction or services.

Kualifikasi

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): English (fluent)
3. At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in lawfirm and bank.
4. Required Skill(s): Banking Product, Contract Drafting, Microsoft Office
5. Able to work in team
