Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Responsible for giving a review and providing legal advice on the legal document
2. Preparing, reviewing, drafting, and or modifying any legal/ contractual instrument to support the company’s business activities
3. Responsible to ensure that all the analyses, advice is given are in compliance with all statutory and legal requirements
4. Other duties as assigned.

Kualifikasi

1. Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree majoring in Sharia Law
2. Having at least 3 (three) years of working experience. Having experience in handling Sharia Banking Law is a plus.
3. Possess advocate license from PERADI
4. Proficient in Ms Office and strong English communication skills both written and verbal
5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking skills and good knowledge of laws and regulations
6. Good ability in communication and negotiation skills.
