Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Drafting contracts and other legal documents
2. Manage and taking care of permits
3. Perform legal and background research when requested since regulations are always changing
4. Resolve corporate legal issues, internally or externally
5. Provide guidance to the board of directors regarding legal issues, potential risks, and actions they need to take
6. Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and via email

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law
2. Have at least 1 year of working experience in legal
3. Have the Advocate Certification (KTA)
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin are required
5. Willing to Work From Office in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
