1.  Conduct legal research on various topics to facilitate informed decision-making
2. Review, draft, and negotiate agreement and other legal document
3. Ensure compliance with policy policies, relevant laws, and industry standards
4. Collaborate with business units to understand contractual requirements and offer guidance.
5. Assist in preparing legal opinion and memorandum to address specific legal issues
6. Stay up to date with updates in laws and regulations relevant to fintech industry
7. Share legal insight and updates with legal team and other stakeholder
8. Any other legal related duties that may be required by the company

Kualifikasi

1. Min. Bachelor degree in Law
2. At least 1-3 years experience in Legal Corporate role, preferably with experience in peer to peer lending in fintech industry
3. Good in English both oral and written 
4. Detail oriented and able to manage multiple task in fast paced environment
5. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including those governing fintech companies
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of team
8. Self motivated and eager to learn, with proactive attitude towards professional development
