1. Draft and prepare agreements as requested by business units.
2. Review legal drafts and agreements.
3. Provide day-to-day legal advice, especially related to corporate legal matters.
4. Oversee all legal matters, with a primary focus on products and financing activities.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on new products, markets, or industries, as well as external legal counsel as required.
6. Establish and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
7. Draft and implement policies related to legal agreements, compliance, and risk management.
8. Handle internal legal matters in relation to the corporate structure and management.

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university.
2. More than 2 years of work experience as a Legal Specialist or Associate, preferably from top corporate law firms.
3. Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
4. Familiar with General Corporate matters, Banking & Financing, Capital Markets, or M&A areas.
5. Experience in e-commerce and financial services industries would be an advantage.
6. Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
7. Able to work independently and in a team.
8. Able to deliver quality work efficiently.
9. Fast learner, responsible, self-motivated, very organized, with strong attention to detail.
