  1. Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
  2. Manage and maintain legal document archives in an organized and orderly manner.
  3. Arrange schedules and appointments for lawyers, prioritizing important tasks.
  4. Manage communication between clients, lawyers, and third parties.
  5. Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
  6. Assist in legal research and prepare materials needed for cases or meetings.
  7. Draft official letters and other legal correspondence.
  8. Ensure that all legal documents comply with relevant standards and regulations.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of legal information and client details.
  10. Assist in the process of filing and maintaining legal databases.
  11. Prepare and compile documents required for court proceedings and trials.

Kualifikasi

  1.  Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or in legal administration.
  2. Basic knowledge of legal procedures and documentation required in legal practice.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, document management applications).
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. High integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
