- Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
- Manage and maintain legal document archives in an organized and orderly manner.
- Arrange schedules and appointments for lawyers, prioritizing important tasks.
- Manage communication between clients, lawyers, and third parties.
- Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
- Assist in legal research and prepare materials needed for cases or meetings.
- Draft official letters and other legal correspondence.
- Ensure that all legal documents comply with relevant standards and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of legal information and client details.
- Assist in the process of filing and maintaining legal databases.
- Prepare and compile documents required for court proceedings and trials.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or in legal administration.
- Basic knowledge of legal procedures and documentation required in legal practice.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, document management applications).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
