  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  2. Prepare, format, and proofread a variety of legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and correspondence
  3. Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient document organisation and retrieval
  4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other queries, and direct them to the appropriate individuals
  5. Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
  6. Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team

Kualifikasi

  1. Similarity with administrative role within a legal environment is preferable
  2. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Understanding of legal terminology and procedures
