- Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Prepare, format, and proofread a variety of legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and correspondence
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient document organisation and retrieval
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other queries, and direct them to the appropriate individuals
- Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team
Kualifikasi
- Similarity with administrative role within a legal environment is preferable
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of legal terminology and procedures
