1. Ensure the succession of agreement drafting and/or reviewing, through the compeletion of good processes and best practics according to the prevailing Company’s policies
2. Ensure the succession of corporate action, through th completion of good process and best practices according to the prevailing Company’s policies.
3. Ensure high compliance level of the company’s business regarding the prevailing government regulations
4. Manage and/or monitor dispute resolution process for Company’s litigation and non-litigation
5. Ensure the succession of any direction given by the Head of Legal and/or Management member of the Company

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor Degree of Law
2. Min 4 years relevant experience
3. Good interpersonal and comunication skill
4. English professional proficiency in written and speaking
