1. Ensure fair and efficient legal collections processes are implemented
2. Advise and work with customers on how best to resolve payment
3. Issue and maintain necessary legal documentation for overdue amounts
4. Prepare contracts, pleadings, motions and other legal documents;
5. Ethically present the company in legal hearings, arbitrations and, trials pertaining to Trade Receivables
6. Provide advice to the management team in mitigating legal related risk, especially to matters pertaining to Trade Receivables

Kualifikasi

1. Qualified Licensed Lawyer
2. Deep knowledge of Collection law and procedures in Indonesia
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong negotiation skills
