Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Understanding of the media business or interest in the media industry
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Self-motivated and willing to work overtime when necessary

Scope Of Work

• Review and draft agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with the company’s internal policies and applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain and manage company legal documents and records
• Ensure all permits, licenses, and corporate governance processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies
• Cooperate with notaries, external consultants, internal divisions, and third parties on legal matters
• Conduct legal research related to content, advertising, technology, and other legal issues
• Uphold and protect company rights in relation to press law and other relevant regulations
• Represent and/or assist the company in internal and external legal matters
