Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law (preferably Business/Corporate Law).
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Corporate Legal/Legal Counsel, preferably in healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or aesthetics industry.
3. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, hospital/clinic operations, labor law, and expatriate (TKA) permits.
4. Experienced in drafting & reviewing business contracts, partnership agreements, and operational licensing.
5. Familiar with regulatory bodies and government institutions.
6. Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to work independently and in a team.
7. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English (written and spoken).
8. PERADI license (advantage).
9. Background in legal due diligence and corporate compliance.
10. Good professional network with regulators (Ministry of Health, Immigration, OSS).
