Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Conduct a review/legal opinion on the juridical aspects of a credit or non-credit transaction/document.
2. Negotiating to the covenants from a juridical/legal perspective in the Term Sheet and Credit Documents or Transaction Documents to the Borrower.
3. Conduct negotiations/legal meetings with the Borrower regarding legal aspects together with the Business Unit.
4. Review and provide input on draft agreements or other legal documents.
5. Drafting or reviewing power of attorney, statement letter, facility agreements, security documents and other related legal documents.

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a relevant field, preferably in a law firm (banking & finance).
2. Graduated from a reputable university, majoring in Law.
3. Having knowledge and relevant experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in English is a must.
6. Familiar with APLMA will be an advantage.
7. Understanding a range of transactional banking such as cash management, notional pooling, etc.
