Kualifikasi

1. achelor’s degree in Law.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/commercial legal roles.
3. Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial law.
4. Experienced in contract drafting and negotiation.
5. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
